**CortexRest™ Refund Policy**

We want you to experience the best sleep of your life. That’s why we offer a **30-Night Sleep Trial**. If you are not completely satisfied with your CortexRest™ Weighted Sleep Mask within 30 nights of receipt, you are eligible for a return.

**Returns & Exchanges**
To start a return, please contact us at support@cortexrest.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
